With any form social media (especially when it is new) you must exercise caution! For now, until they work out the kinks, I only follow people I “know” (from blogging, etc) and I don’t go to the “explore” tab. My children do not have access to my phone. And in the end I completely understand if you have reservations! Really, it’s up to each person but so far I’ve had a lot of fun and am using it carefully!
Hi friends! If you know me, you know I’m a social media junkie. And there’s a new social media app in town by the founders of Twitter: Vine! I kind of think of it like Instagram, for 6-second videos. And I know some of you are cringing at the thought of a new social media outlet (and I get it!) but I’m always game to try something new. So if you’re trying it out – come find and follow me – and I’ll be sure to follow you back! I think it could be a fun (and maybe weird) way to get glimpses into our lives!

I downloaded and started playing with this today. It’s amazing how simple it is. I hadn’t heard any of the concerns so of course my first post is Mykonos kids playing at the beach in their nappies. Likewise. I don’t follow anyone yet an I don’t think anyone follows me yet but I love it. It’s mesmerising. I’m going to have a lot of fun with it.
