Last Minute Halloween Costumes on Martha Stewart

Last-Minute Costumes at MarthaStewart.com

Did you SEE our little announcement on Facebook last week? Our baby boy and fun last minute Halloween costumes project was featured on MarthaStewart.com! It was an exciting day for sure to see our little cutie pop up on her site, on Facebook, Instagram, Email and more! We’ve been featured a few times this year with the #12MonthsofMartha program and the #MarthaCelebrations contest, but this was the first time we were asked to submit a project and it was just SO much fun!

The little nerd costume is a classic and you can really pull it off with stuff around the house, so be sure to head on over to get the full instructions! There are also so many other great ideas to choose from, you know, if you’re pulling together your kid’s costume…TODAY. It was so fun to pull together and I really have to give props to our fave Phoenix family photographer, Stacey from Dream Photography Studio! She just knows how to capture our kids’ personalities…

My little cutie. They grow up way too fast, don’t they? What are your kids going to be this year for Halloween?

  1. OMG how cute is that! I was a nerd years and years ago and it was probably the easiest costume I have ever put together.

My little girl who is 10 wants to go as a nerd this year. At first I thought oh maybe that’s not right but her favorite show is The Big Bang Theory so it’s more out of respect and heroism than teasing. I think it’s a cute costume idea and not the generic $40 off the rack in the store costume.

  3. He is adorable! And, you’re right…they do grow up too fast!

I don’t know if this is a question you really want to answer or have time to, but I was wondering what your path looked like to get items featured by Martha Stewart? I’m still developing my blog, but I like having lots of information and knowing directions that I need to be aiming myself so, years in the future, I can achieve bigger goals or dreams. If you have any info that you’d be willing to share, I’d love to learn from you!
