Hey friends, as you all know Mother’s Day is Sunday! Kimberly shared some awesome ideas on creating a gorgeous Mother’s Day brunch last week, and today I’d like to share a delicious drink to go along with it – a Mimosa Spritzer!

Now we love our sparkling brunch beverages, don’t we? There really is nothing better. So this Mother’s Day – or any other special day – you can add a special touch with a signature drink! This Mimosa Spritzer is so easy to make, works great for a group, and will compliment your brunch menu perfectly!

Mimosa Spritzer
Recipe type: Cockrail
Serves: 6
A quick and easy cocktail to serve with brunch.
  • Extra Dry Champagne
  • 1 liter of sprite
  • carton of Orange Juice
  • carton of raspberries (optional)
  • Sliced orange (optional)
  1. In a large pitcher combine all liquid ingredients and slice orange. Chill until ready to serve. To serve pour into champagne flute and add a couple of raspberries on top.
